Goods purchased once cannot be returned under any circumstances. In special case
where Gelatiamo agrees to accept return goods, a restocking charges of 25% of value will apply. Should an order be cancelled, the amounts already paid by client remains our property without prejudice to the damage we may claim. Specifications that include technical data, weight, dimension etc. shown in our quotation serve as guide only. We reserve the right, even after receipt of order, to make modification deemed necessary by manufacturer, provided such modifications do not alter the essential characteristics of the goods offered for this sale.
